1995 Nugget Standard A-5.  It was worth the 4 1/2 year wait.  Beautifully resonate maple, ebony fingerboard, and special varnish is what makes this instrument so precious. Mike Kemnitzer is a certified genius. This mandolin had vintage tone brand new and right out of the case! It is no wonder his mandolins are in such high demand. After years of playing an F-5, Keith went to playing A-5's because the sound cut up and out; as opposed to the F-5 which usually cuts straight out from the top.

Mike ceased taking orders a decade ago. But that could change.
