2005 Osthoff OM. Macassar striped ebony back/sides, italian spruce top, ebony fingerboard, elogant rossette. This striking guitar was built by luthier John Osthoff in Beckett, MA. It premiered at the Healdsburg Guitar Festival in Santa Rosa, CA in 2005. It has the classic OM body shape and has well balanced tonal characteristics. It also is one of the most beautifully appointed instruments. The Osthoff OM shines when used for ragtime blues and modern fingerpicking guitar.
